IDRI offers high throughput, high content analysis (HCA) of host and pathogen interactions in state-of-the-art BSL3 labs located in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood.
High throughput drug screening of Mycobacterium tuberculosis-infected eukaryotic cells

Assay development – We work with clients to design, develop and validate assays for studying host cell interactions with bacterial, viral and parasitic organisms or vaccine formulations.
Fully automated plate handling
Magnifications of 4X, 10X, 40X and 60X
Image analysis using MetaXpress software
Data provided on an external hard drive
Plates are prepared using a Perkin Elmer Janus MDT liquid handling system.
Infected host cells are added to plates using a ThermoFisher Multidrop Combi.
Test plates are loaded into a Molecular Devices ImageXpress Micro High Content Analysis system plate imager using a SCARA robotic arm.
